Gary Blackaller founded Blackaller Surveying in 1986. He began his career in surveying as a Navy Seabee with Amphibious Construction Battalion 2 from 1972-1975.
After the Navy, he attended Texas A&M University. He graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. From that time until he founded Blackaller Surveying, he worked with the Texas Department of Transportation.
Blackaller Surveying was founded to provide Northeast Texas with surveying services that are efficient and effective, and we’re committed to pursuing that goal for every client.
